General Provisions, Security, Confidentiality

• You may register and/or purchase goods on the website of the online shop of Georgian Kalata LLC from the age of 16. Georgian Kalata LLC does not sell goods to minors under the age of 16 through this online shop.
• Georgian Kalata LLC does not take responsibility for any incorrect information (such as age, address, etc.) provided by the user while registering on the website and/or purchasing the goods, as well as for the consequences caused by such errors. It is the obligation of users to provide correct information.

• You must not disclose your username, password or other security information to third parties. You are responsible for the consequences caused by such unauthorized use.
• Georgian Kalata LLC does not transfer your personal information to third parties, except when this is necessary for processing and completing the order (courier services, banking services, etc.).
• We do not have access to your bank account. All banking transactions are performed through a secure bank server. We are not responsible for the payment procedure or possible consequences.

Order and Delivery Method, Payment Method

• When placing an order on the website, payment is made by Visa or MasterCard. In other cases, payment is made by bank transfer to the following bank accounts:

• Delivery to Tbilisi and its surroundings is carried out by courier service. Shipping to the rest of Georgia and abroad is performed by the Georgian Post. Shipping fees can be viewed here:
• Georgian Kalata LLC is not liable if the delivery of certain goods to a particular country is   limited by law or subject to customs procedures.

Return of the Item and Money

• The order can be cancelled, and the money can be returned, on the day the order is placed, except when the goods have already been sent by courier service. To cancel your order, call us at 434534453, or email us at info.kalata@gmail.com, or contact us via Facebook Messenger. Only registered users may cancel the order.
• Georgian Kalata LLC is obliged to reimburse the amount paid if:
                                 A) the buyer did not receive the purchased goods;
                                 B) the items delivered do not correspond to the items purchased;
                                 C) the goods are damaged;

Governing Law

By using the online shop of Georgian Kalata LLC, you agree that any dispute which may arise between you and Georgian Kalata LLC is governed by the applicable laws of Georgia and will be considered by the courts of general jurisdiction of Georgia.
